Terms & Conditions


Roy Blumenthal creates live, digitally-painted interpretations of the things people say in events such as conferences, workshops, meetings, and television shows.

Working Periods
Roy’s visual facilitation sessions are booked in three configurations:
Full-day, 8-hour session.
Half-day, 4-hour session.
Up to 2-hours.
Roy requires regular meal and tea breaks, and generally works according to the client’s schedule.

Image Licensing
Roy supplies the pictures he creates to client as high resolution JPEGs.

All images created remain the property of Roy Blumenthal, and are licensed to the client for unrestricted use under a Creative Commons 'Share-Alike, Attribution' license.

Deposit and Payment
A fifty-percent deposit to confirm the booking is due within 15-days of quote.

Full payment must be made 30 days before commencement of the event.

Cancellation or Postponement
In the event of client cancelling or postponing the event, a fifty-percent refund of the full amount less bank charges will be made by Roy Blumenthal if and only if he is notified of the cancellation or postponement within 14-days of the original event date. For bookings outside of Gauteng, any accommodation or transportation deposits or fees paid by Roy for the original date of the event will be for client’s account.
